How do I customize the automatic order approval process?

Whether you're managing products, you can easily customize how each product gets approved for orders within your store (applicable for Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce).

How does it work?

1. Navigate to your store settings and look for the "Use product tags for manual order fulfillment" option under the "Order Approval"
   

2. Create the tags in Gelato Dashboard or your store, ensuring it's active in both places
   

3. Select the specific product that requires manual approval and apply the same product tag you activated in your store settings to the selected product in the details section
   

Once the product tag is established, any order containing at least one product with the designated tag will automatically trigger the manual approval workflow.
