If you are interested in creating products in bulk, contact your CSM. We can support you with the change!
We don't have a feature for you to do it manually in bulk so you would need to do it one by one, until we develop an open solution, we can do the change internally for you.
Please, contact your Customer Success Manager for more details and we will make the change for you.
Alternatively, you can create the products in the platform and then bulk connect them in Gelato or you can create the products via API based on templates.
