How do I report a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order (e.g. a production error or a delivery issue) that you are not able to resolve yourself using our API portal, please reach out to our Customer Support teams with the following details:

  • Gelato Order ID
  • The description of the issue
  • Photos of the issue (mandatory for production issues)
