How do I report a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order (e.g. a production error or a delivery issue) that you are not able to resolve yourself using our Gelato Dashboard, you can report a problem directly on the Order Detail page by clicking on the Report Problem button at the top of the page.

You can then select the type of issue you are experiencing with the order and provide us with more details. Please do attach any supporting photos or attachments relevant to your claim.

Once your report is verified by a member of our team, we will respond to you by email.

Alternatively, you can also contact Customer Support by email or chat with the following details:

  • Gelato Order ID
  • The description of the issue
  • Supporting Photos of the issue (mandatory for production issues)
