How do I change a shipping address in the Gelato Dashboard?

If a customer notifies you of an address change, you can navigate to our Gelato Dashboard to do so. It is not possible to modify the state and country fields of the address. A new order will have to be placed if these have to be modified.

Note: You cannot update shipping address details after the status is changed to "Printed".  In this case, you will need to place a new order. You can only make updates when the order is in the "Passed" state.

1. Go to the Orders page and find the order that you would like to change.


2. Click on the order reference ID to open the order detail page, where you can review all the information regarding your order. Click on Edit (next to Shipping Address) in order to make the required changes.11.png

3. Review and adjust the shipping address and click Save to confirm your changes


Note: If you have been contacted by Gelato to update your customer's address due to errors in the address, please update the address as described above, even if the order is in the "Printed" stage. If you are unable to update this yourself, please get in touch with our team.
