If a customer notifies you of an address change, you can navigate to our Gelato Dashboard to do so.
Note: You cannot update shipping address details after the status is changed to "Shipped". In this case, you will need to place a new order.
1. Go to the Orders page and find the order that you would like to change.
2. Click on the order reference ID to open the order detail page, where you can review all the information regarding your order. Click on Edit (next to Shipping Address) in order to make the required changes.
3. Review and adjust the shipping address and click Save to confirm your changes
