How do I check the order status in the API Portal?

If a customer asks for an update on their order, you can navigate to our API portal to check this.

1. Go to the Orders page and find the order that you would like to check.


2. Click on the order reference ID to open the order detail page, where you can review all the information regarding your order. Order status is ‘Shipped’ in the example below, indicated by the two green labels.


3. In order to see a more detailed breakdown, click on Event History and additional details will be revealed.
