If a customer asks for an update on their order, you can navigate to our Gelato Dashboard to check this.
- Go to the Orders page and find the order that you would like to check.
- Click on the order reference ID to open the order detail page, where you can review all the information regarding your order, including product details, the recipient and shipping address, shipping method, estimated delivery date, order status, etc. Order status is ‘Shipped’ in the example below, indicated by the two green labels.
