Check the estimated delivery date and the tracking link
The estimated delivery and the tracking link for your order are available in the Gelato Dashboard, together with additional information about your order.
- Go to the Orders page and find the order that you would like to check.
- Click on the order to open the order detail page, where you can review all the information regarding your order. Under the heading Shipping Method, you will find:
- Shipping carrier used
- Estimated delivery date range
- Tracking link
- Parcel shipping update
The tracking link won't be generated until the product has been printed and is ready to be shipped. So, if you can't find the tracking link, please wait until it has been generated. Also, the tracking link won't update until the order is moved to the status "Shipped". Finally, some shipping methods might not be tracked, therefore you might not have a tracking link.
