If a customer requires additional information regarding estimated delivery and tracking, navigate to our Gelato Dashboard to check this.
1. Go to the Orders page and find the order that you would like to check.
2. Click on the order reference ID to open the order detail page, where you can review all the information regarding your order. Under the heading Shipping Method, is the information that you require.
Important:The tracking link won't be generated until the product has been printed and is ready to be shipped. So, if you can't find the tracking link, please wait until it has been generated. Also, some shipping methods might not be tracked, therefore you might not have a tracking link.
