A valid resale certificate is required for Gelato to correctly calculate sales taxes on your orders. You can upload your certificate from the Gelato Dashboard, in the Billing menu.
A requirement is that the Company name on the provided resale certificate should be the same as the Company name in the Gelato Dashboard or it will be refused.
Here you can upload your resale certificate:
Then select Tax Center:
Click on Resale Certificate.
