Any order for Gelato products via your Shopify store is shipped by Gelato directly to your end customers.
Shipping costs should already be collected by you from your customer on the Shopify end (i.e. when you define your retail price). You should collect enough for shipping to be able to cover the real shipping costs that we've indicated in our product catalogue or in our flat rate shipping page for each product you are selling.
We offer flat rate shipping for many products in the catalogue, which means that you pay the same amount to ship that product to any countries within each of the geographical areas identified - see example below.
In addition, you can easily set up your shipping prices for products sold on Shopify and fulfilled by Gelato using our shipping profiles for Shopify. In this video, you can see how to do that:
