What payment options do you support?

We support multiple payment methods: 


Credit card

The basic payment method when you register a new account is credit card. We accept most credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and JCB.

Note: We don't support Maestro as this doesn't allow recurring transactions which are needed to add the card.

You can also use your credit card to preload prepaid credit to your wallets in multiple currencies.

Company invoice

You can also pay with an invoice for higher amounts and if you are willing to sign up for a contract. This option is normally reserved for customers with a print spend of at least EUR 100k per year. Contact api@gelato.com to discuss this further.
