You can add a new credit card from the Billing section. Simply select Billing > Payment method and add a new card.
Important: A test charge of 1 USD will be made to confirm that your payment method is valid. This charge will be canceled and refunded right after the successful transaction.
In this section, you can see what other payment methods are already stored and modify them if needed. You can also set up a backup payment method, so if one method is not available to use, the request will be redirected to the backup card.
Note: We need information about your payment methods to be able to process your orders and we will not charge you anything unless you place an actual order.
Alternatively, you can add a payment method during the checkout if you place manual orders via the Gelato Dashboard.
