If you receive an error message when you try to place an order through the Gelato Dashboard, this can be due to different reasons.
Here is a checklist to troubleshoot the issue:
- Ensure that you have added a valid payment method
- Check the shipping information and ensure they are compliant with our requirements
- Ensure that you have selected the correct product UID and that the file is compliant with our design requirements
