In what format can I upload my files?

There are 2 different ways to create files that are printable with Gelato:

  • you can either upload a print-ready file (PDF or image) - In this case, click on "Upload your print".  You will be able to upload from your device, a URL, Google Drive or Dropbox.

Note: We recommend uploading your PDFs according to our file requirements.

  • you can use our online design editor to create your file from scratch (using a PDF, PNG/JPG file and/or adding text boxes) - In this case, click on "Design your print". You will be able to upload the image from your device, Facebook or Instagram.

Note: We recommend to design it in GRACoL 2006 CMYK colour profile and convert back to sRGB prior to uploading it to Gelato
