No, it's not possible to choose where your orders will be produced. We don't allow this in order to ensure the entire shipping process runs smoothly and in an automated way for you and your customers.
Gelato offers local production in 30 countries and we automatically route orders using an advanced algorithm, taking into account the end customer's address, where the product is available, and other factors, such as network capacity and print partners' capabilities. Most of the times, the algorithm chooses the closest print partner to your end customer, but rarely it will be routed to another location.
Around 95% of our orders are produced locally, thus reducing carbon emissions!
