How can we help?

How do I find all the product combinations in the Product Catalogue?

For more advanced users, who are looking into all the possible product combinations that Gelato can offer, there is a more advanced view of the catalogue.

In this article:

Find all product variants

To find the full list of combinations for a specific product, just click on the catalogue, select the product category you are interested in (e.g. Letterheads) and click on either "Show list of all products" or "See full list".

Then apply filters to your selection depending on the available attributes (e.g. supported country, paper format, paper type, etc.)

If you click on a specific product UID, you will retrieve all the detailed information (more on this below).

Tip: You can export your filtered selection in CSV format for further internal analysis by clicking on the Export button. The file will be automatically sent to the email you used to register in the portal.

Product information

You will be able to view the following information about each product UID:

Product attributes

A detailed description of the product attributes, such as orientation, paper type, paper format and dimensions, etc.

Supported (and unsupported) countries

A list of the countries where this product UID is supported (and not supported) - "Supported country" doesn't necessarily mean that the product will be printed in that country as this depends on the production capabilities of our print partners.

Note: In some cases, a product appears as unsupported in a specific country due to the paper type (e.g. 'gsm' instead of 'lb') in the product UID.

Product prices

An overview of the prices per country and quantity. This also includes an overview of the shipping prices.

Note: The prices displayed below are for demonstration only.

Tip: By clicking on View all prices at the top-right corner you will be able to get an overview of prices for multiple countries at the same time. You can also export the prices for multiple countries at the same time using the dedicated button.
