How much taxes do i have to pay in orders shipped within the United States?

Gelato pays sales tax in the states of California, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Utah, Idaho, and Texas.

If your order is produced and delivered within the US we will charge:

  • 0% tax if you are shipping your order to any of the above mentioned states and you have a Resale certificate for the given state.
  • 0% tax if you are shipping your order to any state other than the above mentioned ones (i.e New Jersey, Ohio, Arizona, etc).
  • The 'shipped to' State sales tax% if your order is shipped to the states of: California, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Utah, Idaho, and Texas, and you do not have a Resale certificate.

If your order is shipped to an address in the United States but was produced outside of the country (i.e Canada) we will charge 0% tax.
