The image resolution is too low.


Ideally, the image resolution should be 300 ppi and minimum 150 ppi. If an image is between 100 ppi and 150 ppi, visually see if it looks ok (it's not looking blurry or pixelated) in that case you can use it. Anything below 100 ppi is a critical issue; it will result in blurry & pixelated results, replacing the image would be recommended.
