I cannot sign-up to Gelato. What should I do?

Once you sign-up, you should see a confirmation email from noreply@gelato.com within a few minutes. Click the link inside the email to confirm your account. 

This link will expire within 1 day.

If the link has expired, please try to login again and you will receive a new email with the verification link.

If you don't see the confirmation email:

  • Check to make sure that it hasn't ended up in your spam or junk mail folder 
  • If you're using Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs
