If you are unable to log in to Gelato API, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that you are trying to log in to the correct portal: https://dashboard.gelato.com/
- Ensure that the email you are using is the correct one, especially if you have created (by mistake) multiple accounts.
- Try to use a different browser
- Try to log in in an incognito mode
- Try to clear your browser's cache
- Click on "Forgot password?" and wait for the email to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder
