Yes, you can save orders in draft for future manual orders. Every time you create a new order, it will be automatically saved in the status "Draft" and you will be able to pick from where you left off by going to the Orders section.
Add an existing item from your store to your order
If your ecommerce store is integrated with Gelato when creating a new order you can choose to add products already in your list of store products you connected to Gelato.
To do so, click on Add Product>Select a product from my stores and select the product you want to add to the order.
Make a reorder from a previous order
You can also choose to make a reorder of a product you ordered in a previous order. To do that, click the Reorder button at the top of the page. You can read more about reorders in our article How do I place a reorder via the Gelato Dashboard?
