Yes, you can withdraw money from your Gelato Wallets in a few simple clicks.
Note: If you don't withdraw the funds, they can be used to pay for the next order you place
- Click on your initials in the upper right corner of the dashboard and navigate to Billing > Payment > Wallets and find the Gelato Wallet you want to withdraw money from
- Click on the 3-dot menu on the right and select Withdraw money
- Input the amount you want to withdraw and click on the checkbox to confirm you understand the process
Note: The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the balance available at the moment
- Finally, click on Confirm withdrawal request
Important: Please note that this action cannot be undone and the transfer of the funds will take up to 3 business days.
Note: The refund may be returned to your account in multiple transactions based on the quantity initially paid. For example, a refund of $30 may appear in two records of $19 and $11.
