Whenever the order is placed the order reference needs to be provided. It is usually an order ID from your shop or title. You can find the order IDs in your Gelato Dashboard.
1. Go to the Orders section to see the order history. You can see a Reference ID shown on the left-hand side.
2. Click on the order reference ID to open the order detail page, where you can review all the information regarding your order. The order ID is visible on the top of your screen.
Alternatively, you can also provide the URL of the order page, e.g. https://dashboard.gelato.com/orders/view/12abc345-ab12-12ab-a123-1234abcd5678
Tip: Whenever contacting Gelato Customer Service regarding order issues/queries please provide the relevant order ID so that we can find it in the system and assist you accordingly.
Note: The Receipt Number is not a valid order ID and it cannot be used for searching the order in our system.
