Do you provide any automated shipping and tracking information to my end-customers via Etsy?

Gelato is a fully white-labelled solution. As such, we don't send any information directly to your end-customers. 

At the same time, we mark your orders as shipped and pass forward shipping information along with the tracking number to Etsy. Tracking codes and shipping confirmation emails are sent to your end-customers automatically by Etsy.

You can also check the status of your orders as well as the tracking links in the Gelato Dashboard.
