Do you provide any automated shipping and tracking information to my end-customers via Etsy?

Gelato is a fully white-labelled solution. As such, we don't send any information directly to your end-customers. 

Currently, we don't mark the orders as fulfilled nor we are sending tracking links back to Etsy but we are working on adding this option soon.

For the time being, you can check the status of your orders as well as the tracking links from the Gelato Dashboard.
