How do I remove Gelato shipping profiles from my Shopify account?

In order to remove Gelato shipping profiles from your Shopify account, you will need to do so manually from Shopify.

Note: Please note that Gelato shipping profiles are not automatically removed after you uninstall the Gelato app.

Tip: If you don't want to use Gelato shipping profile for your products, you can create a new shipping profile and assign the relevant products to it.

Go to your Shopify store, click on Settings, then select Shipping and delivery and locate the Gelato shipping profiles under App shipping profiles.

You will then need to click on Manage rates next to each shipping profile and then select Delete profile as shown below.
