If you are using our Shopify integration, every time your end-customers place an order for a product that's connected to Gelato, the order will appear both in your Shopify and Gelato order history with a different order status.
The table below helps you identify the matching status in Gelato for each possible order status in Shopify.
Shopify status | Gelato status |
"Unfulfilled" | Not yet passed to Gelato |
"In progress" | "Passed" or "Printed" |
"Fulfilled" | "Shipped" |
Note: Please note that if the order is not marked as Paid in Shopify, it will not be sent through to Gelato.
