In order to disconnect your Etsy store from Gelato, simply go to your Etsy Shop Manager, select Integrations, and then the Manage tab. You should then see the Gelato integration appear there. Click on Disconnect to complete the process.
If you created your store around January 2023 it may be possible that Gelato is not listed in your integrations list. This is due to unannounced changes made on the Etsy side. In such a case, you will need to disconnect(delete) your Etsy store from your Gelato Dashboard as described below.
Open your Gelato Dashboard and select Stores > Three dots in the Etsy panel > Edit store details
Scroll down to the bottom of the store settings page and click on the 'Delete store' button
Write your store name and confirm by clicking on the 'Delete Store' button.
Once your store is deleted we won't be able to restore your products. If you decide to connect the store again all products from the store will have to be reconnected with Gelato.
