Shutterstock images can only be used for product design creation and sales on the Gelato platform and the sales channels connected to your Gelato account. Any other unrelated personal or commercial use of the copyrighted images is prohibited.
Shutterstock files are not downloadable.
You may not use the media as a trademark for a business.
You must attribute the creator when you publish a product to a Sales Channel by any means that is restricted by copyright or similar rights.
You may not portray a person in a way that may be offensive, including:
in connection with adult-oriented services or ads for dating services;
in connection with political endorsements;
with pornographic, defamatory, unlawful, offensive, or immoral content;
as suffering from, or being treated for, a physical or mental ailment.
