Do you provide any automated shipping and tracking information to my end-customers via WooCommerce?

Gelato is a fully white-labeled solution. As such, we don't send any information directly to your end-customers. 

At the same time, we forward shipping information along with tracking number to WooCommerce. There are two ways to get these notifications:

  1. Using Woocommerce shipment tracking API
  2. Via Order Notes
