If you’ve received a discount code in an email promotion or elsewhere, you can apply it to any qualifying purchases on the Gelato platform, whether for you (a sample, for example) or for a customer order. Most of the time, you should see some terms and conditions that apply to the discount code, at the bottom of an email, for example, that will give you information about what the discount can be applied to and how often.
Note: When you have a discount code, note that the discount code does not apply automatically, unlike a promotion, which you see on your dashboard homepage.
You will be able to enter the discount code on the Review and Pay step of checkout. Do not worry that you do not see it applied before this step.
On this step, click “I have a discount code”
Enter your code.
Click “Apply code” and you should see it applied.
Sometimes, you may have a promotion in your account that gives you a better deal on your basket. If you prefer to use a promotion that was applied before, simply delete the code and the promotion will re-apply.
Note: A discount code can only be used once and you cancel your order, you will not be able to apply it again.
