If you’ve received a discount code, you can apply it to any qualifying purchase in Gelato.
Check the email for any applicable terms and conditions for the use of the code. This is usually found in the footer of the email and may provide information about when the discount will be activated
You will be able to enter the discount code on the Review and Pay step when finalizing a purchase. This button is not visible in prior steps of the purchase process.
How to enter a discount code
Review and Pay step of the purchase, click “I have a discount code”
Enter your discount code in the field.
Click “Apply code” and the discount should be applied.
Removing a discount code
You may already have a promotion in your account that gives you a better price for your order. If you prefer to use a promotion that was applied before, simply delete the code and the promotion will re-apply.
If your discount code expired
Unfortunately, we do not offer extensions on discount codes once they have expired. However, we do have an alternative solution, simply follow these steps so we can assist:
Place your order for the design you need, and proceed to payment.
Once you have completed the payment, please contact our customer support team with your order number and request for a discount amount to be refunded.
Our customer support team will verify your previous discounts and process the refund for you as soon as possible (if applicable).
Some things to note
- A discount code can only be used once. If you added a discount code to an order and later cancel it, you will not be able to apply it again.
- If you need help applying your code after an order cancellation, do reach out to our Customer Support team.
