Yes, you can easily delete an order with the status "Draft" or "Pending approval" as shown below.
1. Find the order in the Gelato Dashboard
2. Click on the 3-dot menu on the right and select "Delete order"
3. Confirm your choice
When you open a draft order then you can also delete it by selecting “Delete order” in the top right corner.
When opening the order details page you can delete the order by clicking on "Delete order" in the bottom right.
Note: The order that has been deleted can not be restored.
