How do I set up shipping for Etsy fulfilment?

Any order for Gelato products via your Etsy store is shipped by Gelato directly to your end customers.

Shipping costs should already be collected by you from your customer on the Etsy end (i.e. when you define your retail price). You should collect enough for shipping to be able to cover the real shipping costs that we've indicated in our product catalog or in our flat rate shipping page for each product you are selling.

We offer flat rate shipping for many products in the catalog, which means that you pay the same amount to ship that product to any country within each of the geographical areas identified - see example below.

In addition, you can use Gelato delivery profiles for Etsy that have been created to mirror the shipping costs Gelato will charge you to your customers at checkout.

If preferred, you can easily set up your shipping prices for products sold on Etsy and fulfilled by Gelato by creating your own delivery profiles.

Tip: You can read more about Etsy delivery profiles in Etsy Help Center.
