Why can't my Woocommerce customer place orders to a specific country?


We deliver to more than 170 countries worldwide and have local production in 33 countries

Gelato does not manage the list of the available countries in your Woocommerce store. This is determined by WooCommerce configurations.

The new countries can also be added via some third-party WooCommerce/WordPress plugins such as Woocommerce Add Countries
