If you are using our Etsy integration, every time your end-customers place an order for a product which is connected to Gelato, the order will appear both in your Etsy and Gelato order history with a different order status.
The table below helps you identify the matching status in Gelato for each possible order status in Etsy.

New (marked as paid) | "Passed" or "Printed" |
Completed | "Shipped" (submitted tracking information) |
While it is possible to add custom order statuses in Etsy, we do not support the assignment of those statuses to particular order statuses in Gelato.
