If you are using our Etsy integration, every time your end-customers place an order for a product that is connected to Gelato, the order will appear both in your Etsy and Gelato order history with different order statuses.
The table below helps you identify the matching status in Gelato for each possible order status on Etsy.

While it is possible to add custom order statuses on Etsy, we do not support the assignment of those statuses to particular order statuses in Gelato.
