What is the corresponding order status in Gelato for each order status in Etsy?

If you are using our Etsy integration, every time your end-customers place an order for a product which is connected to Gelato, the order will appear both in your Etsy and Gelato order history with a different order status.

The table below helps you identify the matching status in Gelato for each possible order status in Etsy. 

Etsy status Gelato status
New (not paid) na (order will not be sent to Gelato)
New (marked as paid) "Passed" or "Printed"
Completed "Shipped" (submitted tracking information)

While it is possible to add custom order statuses in Etsy, we do not support the assignment of those statuses to particular order statuses in Gelato.
