You may access, review, update, correct or delete the personal data in your account by using Gelato Dashboard. You may also delete your user account(s) in Gelato Dashboard.

You may make a personal data request by contacting with the following information: 

  1. Full name
  2. Email address (with which you are registered with us)
  3. Telephone number (as specified in your order(s))
  4. Delivery or billing address
  5. The nature of your request

For security and privacy reasons, we will only process your request as soon as your details are verified.
