Downloading subscription invoices
To download an invoice for your Gelato+ subscription, click on your initials in the upper right corner of the Dashboard and navigate to 'Billing' > 'Subscription Billing History'
Once the pop-up tab loads you can scroll through all your invoices and download the ones that you need. If you need access to older invoices click on 'Load more' and the list shall expand. Repeat until you find the invoice you want to download.

While subscribing the first time you can set up your billing data.
First, click on 'Start Free Trial' > 'Get Free Trial' and choose your plan (monthly or annual) > Confirm by clicking on 'Get Free Trial'. A new popup window shall open and you need to provide your company details here:
Once ready click on 'Continue' and a new window shall open. Here you shall be able to add payment details of your choice:
To resubscribe one of your previous Gelato+ subscriptions, click on your initials in the upper right corner of the Dashboard and navigate to 'Subscriptions' > click on the 'Resubscribe' button. Once the pop-up finishes loading click on the 'Reactivate Dubscription' > 'Confirm'.
Once loading finishes in the pop-up you may close it and wait for the subscription management page to update.
Updating or changing payment methods and billing information
To resubscribe one of your previous Gelato+ subscriptions, click on your initials in the upper right corner of the Dashboard and navigate to 'Subscriptions' > click on the 'Resubscribe' button. Then click on 'Change Plan'/'Resubscribe' (if your subscription is canceled or scheduled for cancelation).
Once the pop-up loads click on the 'Back' arrow in the upper left corner twice. You should now see multiple options in the popup window. Now press 'Billing and Shipping Addresses" > click on the country name to change billing details or add VAT ID or click on 'Payment Methods' to add or change your subscription payment method.
