How do I name, edit, change, and deactivate my Packaging Insert and/or Branded Label?

Important: Please note that this feature is now only available for selected customers in a beta version.  If you are interested in Packaging Inserts and Branded Labels please complete the following survey. We will send you an email once this Packaging Inserts and Branded Labels option is available in your dashboard.

 

Name: For instance, name your Packaging Insert activated in Shopify and with the content in English (e.g. Shopify-Packaging Insert-ENG)

  • To manage templates and projects for your Packaging Insert and Branded Label, visit the Branding tab in the side menu. 

    • Click on the Packaging Insert or Branded Label preview of the applicable sales channel you want to update.
    • Click Rename.
    • Update the name. For instance, if you want to offer a special discount for Christmas, Shopify-Packaging Insert-ENG-Christmas.

 

Edit the design: For instance, if you want to keep the existing design and background colors, but edit the content to offer a new discount code valid for Christmas 

  • To manage templates and projects for your Packaging Insert and Branded Label, visit the Branding tab in the side menu. 

    • Click on the Packaging Insert or Branded Label preview of the applicable sales channel you want to update.
    • Click Edit.
    • Update the design using our online design editor. For instance, change the background color or a text box, you will see different options on the top bar, e.g. change the font, font size, position, etc.

 

Change: For instance, you have an activated Packaging Insert but want to start using a brand new design

  • To manage templates and projects for your Packaging Insert and Branded Label, visit the Branding tab in the side menu. 

    • Click on the Packaging Insert or Branded Label preview of the applicable sales channel you want to update.
    • Click Change.
    • Upload your Packaging Insert or Branded Label design or if you create your print file using our online design editor.

 

Deactivate: For instance, I noticed a typo on the design of my Packaging Insert and want to deactivate it until it is fixed 

  • To manage templates and projects for your Packaging Insert and Branded Label, visit the Branding tab in the side menu. 

    • Click on the Packaging Insert or Branded Label preview of the applicable sales channel you want to update.
    • Click Deactivate. For Instance, you deactivate the Packaging Insert that was activated in your Shopify store.
    • After this, any new orders from your Shopify store will not contain a Packaging Insert.
