What if a Packaging Insert arrives damaged?

Important: Please note that this feature is exclusive to Gelato+ or Gelato+ Gold customers.

Packaging Inserts cannot be re-printed as a stand-alone item. You will need to create a new manual order that includes at least one unit of a product that is eligible for a Packaging Insert (i.e. either one Poster, one Framed Poster, or one Poster with Hangers) and add the Packaging Insert.
