Can I duplicate a product in my store?

Yes, it is now possible to duplicate a product in a store! It significantly reduces the time to create and set up new products in Gelato especially if you want to offer similar products with different artwork/formats. 

How does it work?

In your Gelato account, go to Stores and choose the store to which you want to add a new product. Then select a product you want to duplicate, click on the three dots, and select Duplicate.


Once duplicated, the product is created as a Draft which can be reviewed, edited, and then published to your store.




Duplication is not available if you've used the product expansion feature (Gelato Publisher) or if you've manually added new product variants which do not belong to one product category. e.g. if you have posters and framed posters listed as one product
