During the connection process between Wix and Gelato, your store might get stuck in the "Fetching products" status.
When it happens, please proceed with the following steps:
- Simply go through the reconnection process:
Disconnect your store from Gelato---> Reconnect it again by following the instruction provided in the following article How Do I Connect My Wix Store To Gelato?
- If the mentioned above didn't fix the issue, please fully delete your store from the Gelato dashboard:
Go to Settings-->Scroll down to the very button-->Press "Delete store". After that. please proceed with the reconnection as shown in the following article How Do I Connect My Wix Store To Gelato?
