All regions where we offer local production are included in shipping discounts and free-shipping offers that are part of Gelato+ subscriptions. Specifically, all orders delivered to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore, and Japan are included.
Why are some countries excluded?
Today, 98% of orders from Gelato merchants come from Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore, and Japan. Orders to other regions risks destroying the power of local production and our competitive rates in rest of the markets. Hence the other markets are excluded.
